It is my hope to inspire and empower individuals to rise and become all you were created to be. I do not have formal training, all my writings and insight come from personal experience. Over the past three years I have endured many difficulties. I moved out of my home, went through a divorce, had a major surgery, a cancer scare, a mini stroke, and a 2nd major surgery. Throughout everything I went through, I decided I would move forward rather than staying stuck, upset, or sad. I set myself toward a healing journey, and I have come a long way. Through my experience I have also realized I could create the life I truly desire. Though I am still working on things, I am on my way.
